Ramin POS

Welcome to Ramin POS, an accounting and Point-of-Sale (POS) web application developed and operated by Asad Rasheed.

By accessing, registering for, or using Ramin POS, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the application.

1. About Ramin POS

Ramin POS is a web-based software application designed to assist businesses with accounting, sales, inventory, invoicing, reporting, and Point-of-Sale operations.

Ramin POS is a software tool intended to assist users in managing their business records. It does not constitute professional accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Ramin POS, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into an agreement.
• The information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You will use the application only for lawful business purposes.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You accept these Terms & Conditions and any future amendments.

3. User Account

Where account registration is required, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information.
• Keeping your username, password, and other credentials confidential.
• All activities performed through your account.
• Immediately notifying the application administrator of any suspected unauthorized access.

You must not share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals or allow another person to use your account in a manner that compromises the security of your business data.

4. User Data and Business Records

Users may enter information including, but not limited to:

• Customer information
• Supplier information
• Product and inventory records
• Sales and purchase transactions
• Expenses
• Invoices and receipts
• Payment records
• Business reports
• Other accounting-related information

You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the information entered into Ramin POS.

Ramin POS does not guarantee that information entered by users is accurate or that business records comply with applicable accounting or tax laws.

5. Accounting and Tax Responsibility

Ramin POS provides software tools for recording and managing business transactions.

The application does not replace a qualified accountant, tax consultant, auditor, lawyer, or other professional advisor.

Users are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining legally compliant accounting records.
• Correctly recording transactions.
• Determining applicable taxes.
• Filing tax returns and other regulatory documents.
• Meeting applicable governmental requirements.
• Reviewing reports and calculations before relying upon them.

The developer shall not be responsible for penalties, taxes, interest, losses, or other consequences resulting from incorrect data entry, incorrect configuration, or reliance on application-generated reports.

6. Accuracy of Calculations

Although reasonable efforts may be made to ensure that calculations and reports function correctly, users should independently verify important financial information.

Ramin POS should not be considered the sole source of financial records where applicable law requires additional records, documentation, backups, or professional verification.

7. Payments and Transactions

Ramin POS may allow users to record sales, purchases, payments, refunds, expenses, and other transactions.

Recording a transaction in Ramin POS does not itself constitute the transfer or settlement of money unless a separate payment service has been expressly integrated and the transaction is successfully processed through that service.

Users are responsible for verifying payment status and transaction details.

8. Data Backup

Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important business information where applicable.

While reasonable measures may be taken to protect and preserve data, the developer does not guarantee that data will never be lost, corrupted, deleted, or become unavailable due to technical failures, software errors, hosting problems, security incidents, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

9. Availability of the Service

Ramin POS is provided on an availability basis and may occasionally be unavailable because of:

• Maintenance
• Software updates
• Server or hosting issues
• Internet or network failures
• Security incidents
• Technical problems
• Events outside the developer's reasonable control

The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the application.

10. Acceptable Use

Users must not use Ramin POS to:

• Conduct illegal activities.
• Store or transmit unlawful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the application or another user's account.
• Interfere with the application's security or operation.
• Introduce malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
• Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or exploit the application without authorization.
• Use the application to violate the rights of another person or organization.

The developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.

11. Intellectual Property

All software, source code, designs, layouts, logos, graphics, interfaces, features, documentation, and other materials associated with Ramin POS are owned by or licensed to the developer unless otherwise stated.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the application for its intended business purpose.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, modify, or reverse engineer the application without prior written permission.

12. User Content

Users retain responsibility for the business information and content they submit to Ramin POS.

By using the application, you grant the developer the limited right to process and store such information as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.

The developer will not intentionally use confidential business information for purposes unrelated to providing or operating the service, except where required by law or with the user's authorization.

13. Privacy and Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures may be used to protect user information.

However, no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users acknowledge that they use the application at their own risk and should follow appropriate security practices, including using strong passwords and restricting access to authorized personnel.

A separate Privacy Policy may provide additional information regarding the collection, use, storage, and protection of personal information.

14. Third-Party Services

Ramin POS may use third-party services such as hosting providers, payment providers, email services, analytics services, authentication services, or other technology providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. The developer is not responsible for the independent operation, availability, or policies of third-party services.

15. Fees and Subscriptions

If Ramin POS introduces paid plans, subscriptions, licenses, or other charges, the applicable pricing and payment terms will be communicated to users before payment is required.

The developer reserves the right to modify pricing, plans, features, or subscription terms with reasonable notice where required.

16. Suspension or Termination

The developer may suspend or terminate access to Ramin POS if:

• These Terms & Conditions are violated.
• The account is used for unlawful or abusive purposes.
• The application or its security is threatened.
• Required payments are not made, where applicable.
• Continued access creates a security, legal, or operational risk.

Users may stop using the service at any time.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ramin POS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

The developer does not guarantee that:

• The application will always be available.
• The application will be completely error-free.
• All calculations or reports will be suitable for every business.
• The application will meet every user's particular requirements.
• Data will never be lost or corrupted.
• The application will satisfy every accounting, tax, or regulatory requirement applicable to a particular user.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of or inability to use Ramin POS.

This may include loss of profits, business interruption, loss of business opportunities, loss of data, tax penalties, accounting errors, or other financial losses resulting from use of the application.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

19. Changes to These Terms

The developer may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Updated terms may be published within the application or on the relevant website. Continued use of Ramin POS after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

20. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.
